County board clears path for auto business near Gentilly (Crookston Daily Times)
At their regular meeting Tuesday, Polk County Commissioners approved both a rezoning request and conditional use permit for Scott Waller to relocate his auto salvage, sales and repair business, Scott's Auto Sales, to his home in Gentilly Township. He previously ran the business in Erskine and recently sold the property it was located on there.
